Repeat.  That’s right, you’ll need to keep up a healthy diet and regular exercise routine in order to keep from forming more cellulite.  You may have only recently noticed your cellulite, but the battle will continue even if you are successful in reducing it now.  Develop healthy habits now, and ward off future pockets of cellulite in the future.

Step Four

Okay, you have the basics down for your ongoing fight against cellulite – diet and exercise.  However, if you’re doing your best to follow Steps One through Three, you might find it worth your while to learn a little bit more.  While there are no scientifically-proven long-term solutions (except diet and exercise), there are some promising possibilities on the horizon for treating cellulite.

Before you seriously consider other treatments to reduce your cellulite, make sure you do thorough research.  Talk to your doctor, and even get a second opinion.  There are many products and services that people will try to sell you, but in the end, you will need to make the best decision for yourself.

  1. Actually, it’s the brushing that helps. You use a hand brush made for cellulite, it’ll be made of natural hairs, sometimes cactus fibers. Rubbing vigorously and then using some type of anti cellulite product will help reduce the appearance of cellulite. My sister does it and it’s made an amazing difference.
