    • 2Whole Fresh OrangesPeeled
    • .5Whole Red CabbageSmall
    • .5Whole LemonJuice Only
    • 1Whole Carrot
    • 1inch Fresh Ginger
    Instructions
    1. Peel your oranges, carrot and ginger, then juice the lemon by hand
    2. Chop all the ingredients and adding to an electric blender
    3. Blend until all components are well mixed
