    • 1Cup Cold Water
    • 2tbsp Lemon JuiceFreshly Squeezed
    • 1tsp Cayenne Pepper
    Instructions
    1. Mix all of your ingredients together thoroughly in a glass.
    2. When you have combined them completely, you may add some all-natural maple syrup for flavor if you desire.
    3. This cellulite fighting drink should be consumed no more than twice daily for a week at a time.
