How Apple Cider Vinegar Helps Cellulite

Apple cider vinegar naturally fights bacteria and contains many essential minerals as well. It also contains potassium, calcium, magnesium, fluorine, silicone, iron, copper, sulfur, chlorine, sodium and phosphorus, all of which are vital to maintaining a healthy body. Apple cider vinegar can be used in a few different ways to improve your overall well-being. But does Apple Cider Vinegar help cellulite?

apple cider vinegar reduce cellulite

There are many household remedies for reducing cellulite. From dry brushing to foam roller and natural oil massages, the list seems endless. There are even a few household remedies that you can take orally to reduce the signs of cellulite. Apple cider vinegar can be either ingested or applied topically, an is available at most grocery stores. We personally recommend Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar, due to it being unfiltered, many of the living nutrients are still intact.  Many people both drink it and apply it as massage oil using two very simple recipes.

Apple Cider Vinegar Anti Cellulite Remedy
This drink taken two to three times a week will help improve the elasticity of your skin, helping prevent future cellulite from popping up and diminishing the "POP" of any cellulite you might have now! Be forewarned, Apple Cider Vinegar has a very distinctive taste - the honey helps, but this is still going to be a bitter drink.

Consuming apple cider vinegar provides nutrients and minerals to the body, which improves circulation, blood flow and your overall health.

For use as a topical remedy:

  • Mix 1 part of your favorite massage oil with 3 parts apple cider vinegar
  • Gently rub this mixture into the affected areas of the skin twice a day

This mixture will help reduce the signs of cellulite by improving elasticity, which reduces the lumps and dimples associated with cellulite.

The use of apple cider vinegar alone will not win the war against cellulite, but it certainly can help. For best results, these remedies should be combined with daily exercise and a balanced diet that is high in fiber and low in fat.
